TxDOT worked with external partners to update the Pre-Bid Q&A process so that bidders can ask project questions from TxDOT.gov.
Interactive tableau dashboards
The interactive tableau dashboards on this page include current data for projects scheduled to let in the next two to four fiscal years. Data can be filtered by letting date, project classification, and district of work. Dashboards are for informational purposes only and are subject to change. They are refreshed hourly with data from TxDOT’s transportation program management system, TxDOTCONNECT.
Four-year project information and notice to contractors dashboard
- Four-year project information and notice to contractors dashboard
- The project information tab is the sole source for the latest letting information. It displays detailed project information such as location, type of work, and estimated cost for projects scheduled for letting within the designated four consecutive fiscal years.
- The notice to contractors tab is the unofficial source for monthly state and local construction and maintenance contracts. The Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD), the Electronic Bidding System, and the project proposal are official sources of advertisement and bidding information for state and local lettings.

Category analysis dashboard
- Category Analysis Report dashboard
- The Category Analysis tab displays all projects scheduled to let within the selected fiscal year and includes the category of funding by district, metropolitan planning organization (MPO) and statewide program.
- The Combined Two-Year Analysis tab summarizes all projects scheduled to let and their associated category of funding, within the designated two consecutive fiscal years.

Planned letting schedule dashboard
The planned 24-month letting schedule dashboard displays projects scheduled for letting within the designated two consecutive fiscal years. The schedule includes projects that are intended to let through the statewide letting process, let by a local entity, other obligations that do not go through a letting process and/or selected Design Build projects. Additional tabs display the 24-month letting schedule by district and by month.
Reports for previous years are also available.
