Authorizations and approvals
On Nov. 30, 2021, the Texas Transportation Commission approved the determination that the proposal submitted by South-Point Constructors provides the apparent best value to TxDOT.
Executed documents
On Feb. 24, 2022, TxDOT officials executed a Design-Build Contract (DBC) and associated Capital Maintenance Contract (CMC) with South-Point Constructors for the design, construction, and capital maintenance of the Southeast Connector Project.
