• Keynote Speaker: Chet Garner | 8:45 – 9:45 am
• Panel Discussion: Commissioner Meade & Mo Bur | 1:00 – 1:45 pm
• Networking Reception | 5:00 pm through 7:00 pm

Dec. 10, 2025

• Breakfast | 7:00 am - 8:00 am
• Main Conference Activities | 8:00 – 12:00 pm
• Lunch and Closing Remarks | 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
