2025 PEPS Conference

This year's PEPS Conference will be December 9-10, 2025, at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Convention Center in Frisco. Conference registration and hotel reservation links will be available soon.

The PEPS Division invites all interested parties to submit proposals for this year's conference, keeping in mind the theme: Building Bridges - Collaboration and Community.

Proposal topics could include general information, best practices, or lessons learned examples about any aspect of the PEPS contracting process. Other topics that would be of interest and provide value to the general PEPS conference audience will be considered, as well.

Proposals can be submitted via Survey Monkey. Multiple proposals can be submitted by restarting a new survey.

Please note the following important dates:

• June 20 – Call for proposal opens
• July 7 – Conference registration opens
• August 1 – Call for proposals closes
• August 29 – Proposal decisions announced
• September 12 – Conference schedule released
• November 21 – Presentations due
• December 9-10 – PEPS Conference
