Purpose:	The purpose of the pre-RFP meeting is to inform consultants of the upcoming contract solicitation 601CT0000006264 for the Houston PEPS Service Center to procure 1 (one) SD contract for Owner Verification, Testing and Inspection services, for SH 99.
Description:	The meeting will include a brief overview of the procurement and selection process, including preclusions, project limits as applicable to the procurement of the one contract.

A more thorough understanding of the scope of the specific DB project would include reviewing the RIDs site. To understand the scope, roles and responsibilities of an OVTI firm, review the pertinent Training Documents/Modules. For a more thorough understanding of the Quality Assurance Program, review the various DB manuals (Design & Construction Phase).
