Cooperative and Automated Transportation (CAT) plan projects and actions

The statewide Cooperative and Automated Transportation (CAT) program integrates Connected Vehicles (CV), Autonomous Vehicles (AV), and related emerging transportation technologies into the state’s multimodal transportation system supporting the agency’s mission, Connecting you with Texas. This page serves as a hub for various CAT briefs, projects and actions to support its core functions of delivering a safe and reliable transportation system.
