The Civil Rights Division (CIV) promotes opportunity and access within TxDOT's operations and programs. CIV collaborates department-wide on its initiatives and partners with various stakeholders across the state to enhance the quality of life for all.
Division director, Michael D. Bryant, also serves as the official coordinator and officer for TxDOT's civil rights-related programs: Title VI, Title II ADA/Section 504, Equal Employment Opportunity, and Disadvantaged Business Liaison. You may contact us for more information.
