US 90 Expansion
To keep drivers informed about what to expect during US 90 construction, the project team will update this page with as much notice as possible for lane closures and traffic switches. TxDOT is committed to construction schedules that minimize impacts to traffic, and allow work to be completed safely. The majority of closures are scheduled overnight during the week between the hours of 9 p.m. and 5 a.m.

US 90 closures between I-410 and Loop 1604
All closures are subject to change due to weather, availability of labor and materials or other circumstances.
Weeknight closures
No closures at this time.
Weekend closures
- FULL CLOSURE: Friday, Jan. 30 at 9 p.m. through Monday, Feb. 2 at 5 a.m.: Westbound US 90 frontage road between I-410 and Hunt Lane closed for utility work, weather permitting. Business access will be maintained through flagger control and on-site police officers.
Weekday closures
Tuesday, Jan. 27 through Friday, Jan. 30, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., westbound US 90 frontage road between IH-410 and Medio Creek will have alternating single lane closures for installation of culvert boxes.
Long-term closures
