In January 2024, TxDOT held the second round of public meetings for the I-10E PEL study. The same information was presented at all four meetings. The goal of these meetings was to introduce the I-10E PEL study and gather input on the project, which spans from I-69 in Harris County to SH 99 (Grand Parkway) in Chambers County.
