STIP 2021-2024

Fixing America's Surface Transportation Act — FAST Act — contains several requirements related to metropolitan and statewide planning. This document incorporates metropolitan and rural area Transportation Improvement Programs (TIPs) into the 2021-2024 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) as required under Title 23, US Code, Section 135 - Statewide Transportation Planning.
