The purpose of the open house is to present proposed November revisions to the 2019-2022 Rural Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP). The meeting will be an open house format so the public may come and go at their convenience, and staff will be available to answer questions. Comments must be received on or before Friday, Oct. 12, 2018, to be a part of the official open house record.

The RTIP is a listing of federally funded projects that will be constructed or implemented over the next four years throughout the District’s eight county area of Anderson, Cherokee, Gregg, Henderson, Rusk, Smith, Van Zandt and Wood counties.  Maps and project listings will be available for review at the open house.
