December Out of Cycle STIP Revision - Public Hearing

Purpose:
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on the December 2018 Out-of-Cycle Revision to the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program. (STIP) for FY 2019-2022. Comments must be received on or before 4 p.m. on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 to be a part of the official hearing record.
Description:
The Statewide Transportation Improvement Program:
- Reflects the federally funded transportation projects in the FY 2019-2022 Transportation Improvement Programs (TIPs) for each Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) in the state.
- Includes both state and federally funded projects for the non-attainment areas of Dallas-Fort Worth, El Paso, Houston, and San Antonio.
- Contains information on federally funded projects in rural areas that are not included in any MPO area, and other statewide programs as listed.
