In-person details Seguin Utilities Operation Center
Main Meeting Room
3027 N. Austin St.
Seguin, TX 78155
Purpose The purpose of this public meeting is to provide the proposed plan to construct a new-location extension of Rudeloff Road from Huber Road to SH 123 at FM 20 in Guadalupe County, Texas.
Description

The proposed project is needed due to inadequate regional system connectivity between SH 46 and SH 123 at FM 20 and on to SH 130 resulting from (a) population growth, (b) ongoing development within the proposed project area, and (c) emergency closures on I-10 that illustrate a need for an alternate route around I-10. The federal National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process requires that the City of Seguin evaluate various alternatives to enhance regional system connectivity between SH 46 and SH 123 at FM 20 and on to SH 130. The purpose of the virtual public meeting with an in-person open house is to gather input on the alternatives considered.

Additional right of way is anticipated to be required for the proposed project.  However, no residential or non-residential structures are anticipated to be displaced at this time.  Information concerning services and benefits available to affected property owners and information about the tentative schedule for right-of-way acquisition and construction can be obtained from the City of Seguin by calling  830-386-2585.

Accessibility The virtual public meeting with in-person open house will be conducted in English and Spanish. If you need an interpreter or document translator because English is not your primary language or you have difficulty communicating effectively in English, one will be provided to you. If you have a disability and need assistance, special arrangements can be made to accommodate most needs. If you need interpretation or translation services or you are a person with a disability who requires an accommodation to attend and participate in the virtual public meeting with in-person open house, please contact 210-349-3273 no later than 4 p.m. CT, Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2022. Please be aware that advance notice is required as some services and accommodations may require time for the City to arrange.
