In-person details
Additionally, TxDOT is providing an in-person open house option for individuals who would like to participate in person instead of online. The in-person open house option will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2022, from 5-7 p.m. at the Noble Group Event Center, 203 S. Main St., Cibolo, TX 78108.
Purpose The purpose of the public meeting is to present the proposed project to the public and receive comments. The project is proposing to expand FM 1103 from Rodeo Way to FM 78 in Guadalupe County, Texas. The virtual and in-person open house meeting will consist of the same narrated presentation by the project team, project exhibits and other information, and an opportunity to comment.
Description

The proposed FM 1103 roadway would consist of four 11-foot lanes (two in each direction), with an additional continuous two-way left turn lane or raised center median, curbs, and shared-use paths for pedestrian and bicycle accommodation. Turning lanes would be provided at intersections. The proposed project would include drainage improvements. The proposed right-of-way width to accommodate the improvements varies from 120-135 feet. The proposed project would involve construction in wetlands and would involve an action in the floodplains.

Although additional right of way would be required, no residential or non-residential structures are anticipated to be displaced at this time. Information about the tentative schedule for ROW acquisition and construction, can be obtained from the TxDOT district office by calling 210-615-5886.

Accessibility TxDOT makes every reasonable effort to accommodate the needs of the public. The virtual public meeting presentation will be in English. If you have a special communication accommodation or need for an interpreter, a request can be made. If you have a disability and need assistance, special arrangements can also be made to accommodate most needs. Please call 210-785-0888 no later than 4 p.m. on June 16, 2022, to request special accommodations. Please be aware that advance notice is requested as some accommodations may require time for TxDOT to arrange.
