Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside Program

Purpose	To receive public comment on amendments to Chapter 11 concerning Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside Program.
Description	The Texas Transportation Commission finds it necessary to propose amendments §§11.401, 11.404-11.406, and 11.408 relating to Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside Program to be codified under Title 43, Texas Administrative Code, Part 1. Due to substantial increases to the Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside Program funding and new program requirements associated with the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, the department is amending its current TASA rules to optimize the use of TASA funds within the program’s four-year obligation window.
