The in-person option will follow an “open house” format and in-person attendees will be able to view the same presentation delivered in the online public meeting which will be playing on a screen, review hard copies of project materials, ask questions and leave written comments.

Purpose The purpose of the public meeting is to share information about the SH 199 Ramp Project, including proposed improvements, design plans, and environmental and other design considerations, and receive input from the public.

TxDOT is proposing the construction of a northbound exit ramp between Denver Trail and Skylark Drive to provide immediate access to the Texas Health Hospital in Azle, Tarrant County, Texas.


The in-person public meeting will be conducted in English. Project materials will be available in English and Spanish. If you need an interpreter or document translator because English is not your primary language or have difficulty communicating effectively in English, one will be provided to you. If you have a disability and need assistance, special arrangements can be made to accommodate most needs. If you need interpretation or translation services or are a person with a disability who requires an accommodation to attend the public meeting, please contact Matthew Berrones, Environmental Planner at the Fort Worth District, at (817) 370-3604 no later than 4 p.m. CT, Tuesday, May 28, 2024. Please be aware that advance notice is required as some services and accommodations may require time for the Texas Department of Transportation to arrange.
