The Texas Department of Transportation is hosting three public meetings for the Mesa Street - SH20 Corridor Study. The purpose is to provide information about the study and gather input from the public. Identical study information will be presented at each meeting.

This traffic engineering and planning study will identify and evaluate all aspects of transportation associated with the Mesa Street (SH 20) corridor. The study outcome will be a master plan of recommended short-, mid- and long-term multimodal solutions to upgrade the 12-mile SH 20 corridor.

The public meeting will be conducted in an open house format. Those wishing to attend are encouraged to do so at their convenience. Displays will be available for review and comment and TxDOT staff will be available to answer questions. All material will be presented in English and Spanish. No formal presentation will be given.

For more information or to arrange for special needs, contact or Gus Sanchez of TxDOT at (915) 790-4233.

The environmental review, consultation and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 16, 2014, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT.
