| Purpose | This notice advises the public that the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has issued a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) for the proposed US 80 and Spur 557 project and that the FONSI is available for public review. |
| Description | The proposed project would reconstruct US 80 from FM 460 to Spur 557 and Spur 557 from US 80 to I-20 in Kaufman County, Texas. The FONSI and approved final environmental assessment (EA) are on file and available for inspection Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the TxDOT Dallas District Office, 4777 E. Hwy 80, Mesquite, TX 75150, 214-320-6625. They are also available online For further information or to request a copy of the FONSI and/or approved final EA, please contact TxDOT Project Manager, Nelson Underwood, P.E., by phone at 214-320-6628, or by email as described in the notice. |
