Notice of finding of no significant impact (FONSI)
Purpose | This notice advises the public that TxDOT has issued a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) for the proposed Farm-to-Market Road (FM) 1387, and that the FONSI is available for public review. |
Description | The proposed project would reconstruct, widen, and realign FM 1387 from North Midlothian Parkway to FM 664 in Ellis County, Texas. The FONSI and approved final environmental assessment (EA) are on file and available for inspection Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the TxDOT Dallas District Office at 4777 East US Highway 80, Mesquite, TX 75150-6643; 214-320-6675. They are also available online. For further information or to request a copy of the FONSI and/or approved final EA, please contact the TxDOT Project Manager, by phone at 214-320-6628, or by email as shown in the notice. |
