Notice of availability of finding of no significant impact (FONSI)
| Purpose | This notice advises the public that the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has issued a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) for the proposed FM 565 from SH 99 to SH 146, and that the FONSI is available for public review. |
| Description | The proposed project would reconstruct and widen FM 565, reroute a portion of FM 565, relocate the existing FM 565 and FM 1405 intersection, and construct a new overpass at the FM 565 crossing of the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR), in Chambers County, Texas. |
