Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019
5 p.m. - 7 p.m.

The Texas Department of Transportation is conducting a Feasibility Study to explore potential improvements to US 183 from SH 71 to SH 130. These improvements would identify long-term safety and mobility solutions along US 183. The purpose of the public open house is to gather input on the study. The meeting will be held in an open house format so the public can come and go at their convenience. Staff will be available to answer questions. Comments must be received on or before Friday, Nov. 22, 2019, to be included in the official open house record.

Comments will be accepted at the meeting or by mail at:
183 from SH 71 to SH 130 Study
TxDOT Austin District Office
7901 N. I-35 Austin, TX, 78753

As population and traffic volumes continue to increase, the need for improvements has become a growing safety and mobility issue on US 183. The potential improvements would enhance safety, provide more access and allow for better connectivity along the corridor.
