| Purpose: | TxDOT invites you to an open house on the I-35 Capital Area Improvement Project – Hays County Corridor Improvement Study. Project staff will be on hand to answer questions and provide information. No formal presentation will be given. Attendees are invited to come and go at their convenience. If you are unable to attend the meeting, but would like to learn more about the project or submit a question or comment, please visit our virtual open house beginning Sept. 30, 2014. Written comments may be submitted to: TxDOT Austin District Comments must be submitted by Monday, Oct. 13, 2014. |

| Description: | The purpose of the feasibility study is to identify concepts for improving mobility, transit reliability, emergency response times and safety within the I-35 corridor. The study will analyze the 23.7-mile segment of I-35 from State Highway 45 Southeast to Posey Road. | ||
