The virtual meeting presentation is available below and materials are under the Downloads section. Please fill out the optional virtual sign-in form that is similar to the sign-in forms that you usually see at an in-person public meeting.

The virtual public meeting will be posted on this page on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at 5 p.m.  This will be a virtual public meeting via a pre-recorded video presentation.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss roadway corridor concepts that could be applied throughout SH 16 (Bandera Road) from I-410 to Loop 1604. Options for improvements that could help alleviate traffic congestion and improve safety will also be presented and discussed. According the the Texas A&M Transportation Institute's 2020 rankings, this 6.5 mile stretch of road is one of the top 15 most congested roadways in the region. The original comment period deadline of July 14, 2021 has been extended. Comments must now be received, or post marked on or before Wednesday, July 21, 2021, to be part of the virtual public meeting record.
