Public Meeting - Loop 250 at CR 1140

Purpose:
The purpose of the meeting is to gather public input on the proposed improvements to Northeast Loop 250 in north Midland County at CR 1140. The meeting will consist of an open house from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., with a brief presentation at 6 p.m. followed by a question-and-answer session. Comments must be received on or before June 26, 2019, to be a part of the official meeting record.
Description:
The Odessa District of TxDOT proposes to construct a segment of the Loop 250 corridor, including ramps, main lanes, and an overpass at CR 1140. The crossover at CR 1135 and crossover just west of CR 1140 would be permanently closed as part of the proposed project.

Memorandum of Understanding:
The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried-out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 16, 2014, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT.
