2017 FASTLANE

FASTLANE grants

The United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) announced the availability of approximately $850 million in FASTLANE Grants in accordance with the FAST Act. Funds are distributed on a competitive basis to projects of national or regional significance.

TxDOT as lead applicant

FASTLANE 2017 grants are for federal financial assistance to freight and highway projects for projects that address critical freight issues. The USDOT has specified that lead applicants may submit no more than three applications for consideration. TxDOT’s three applications are:
