Update firm and employee precertification information with CCIS

The online Consultant Certification Information System (CCIS) was designed to allow you to:

  • Update your firm or employee information.
  • Complete the annual renewal process.
  • Add an employee (who hasn't previously been precertified) to your firm.
  • Mark employee as inactive to remove them from your firm's employee list.
  • Allow a new firm to submit an application for precertification.

The information below needs to be updated via email instead of through CCIS Online:

  • Change your firm's name.
  • Change an employee's name.
  • Request transfer of a precertified employee to your firm.
