I-10 Austin and Waller Counties

The scope of this project is 16 miles of I-10 from FM 359 in Waller County to FM 3538 in Austin and Waller counties.

Proposed improvements

• Rebuilding overpasses to provide additional clearance
• Replacing mainlane overpasses
• Converting the existing two-way frontage road system to one-way
• Replacement of the bridges over the Brazos River
