| Open house details | Thursday, Jan. 22, 2026 The public meeting will be held in “open house” format. Attendees will be able to view hard copies of project materials, ask questions of TxDOT staff and/or consultants, and leave written comments. There will be no formal presentation at this meeting. |
| Purpose | TxDOT is asking for feedback on a potential relief route around the City of Sealy in Austin County, Texas. |
| Description | The purpose of the relief route is to help reduce congestion, while also improving safety and mobility. |
| Accessibility | The virtual public meeting and in-person option will be conducted in English. If you need an interpreter or document translator because English is not your primary language or you have difficulty communicating effectively in English, one will be provided to you. If you have a disability and need assistance, special arrangements can be made to accommodate most needs.
