| Virtual details | The virtual meeting will consist of a pre-recorded video presentation and will include both audio and visual components. The presentation will be posted online on Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2025, by 5 p.m. If you do not have internet access, you may call the TxDOT Project Manager at 956-702-6119 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, to ask questions and access project materials during the project development process. |

In-person attendees will be able to view the same presentation delivered in the virtual public meeting, which will be playing on a screen; review hard copies of study materials; ask questions of TxDOT staff and/or consultants; and leave written comments. |
| Purpose | The purpose of the public meeting is to gather public input on SL 195 Extension and Connector Feasibility Study, and to allow the public the opportunity to view project related information and provide comments on the study. The presentation content will be the same for both the in-person meetings and the virtual meeting. |
| Description | TxDOT’s Pharr District is conducting a feasibility study for the SL 195 Extension and Connector. This study is being conducted as part of TxDOT’s initial planning efforts to further extend SL 195 east in the Rio Grande Valley and complete the SL 195 Roma-Rio Grande City Relief Route. The feasibility study is intended to:
