Purpose | The Texas Department of Transportation's (TxDOT) Odessa District is proposing to widen State Highway (SH) 158 between Wadley Avenue and Sinclair Avenue, in Midland County, Texas. This notice is affording an opportunity to comment as part of the environmental review process for this project. If you are a property owner, you are receiving this notice because records indicate that you own property that is adjacent to the project. This notice and opportunity to comment is also being provided to affected local governments and public officials. |
Description | The proposed project would consist of widening SH 158 from two lanes to four lanes from Wadley Avenue to Sinclair Avenue. The project would also include turn lanes at Brandy Hill Road and Wadley Avenue. Any environmental documentation or studies, maps and drawings showing the project location and design, tentative construction schedules, and other information regarding the proposed project are on file and available for inspection Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the Odessa District Office, 3901 E. Highway 80, Odessa, Texas, 79761, 432-498-4772. Project materials are also available online at www.TxDOT.gov, keyword search “SH 158 Widening.” |
