Purpose | The purpose of this meeting is to inform the public of significant changes to the 2025-2028 Rural TIP. A presentation, materials for review, and opportunity for comment will be available. To participate in the virtual public meeting and learn more about projects in Leon, Madison, Walker, and Washington Counties, please visit this webpage after 4:30pm on Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2025. |
Description | The Rural TIP includes all regionally significant projects to be funded within a TxDOT District during the fiscal years 2025- 2028, including those eligible for federal funding. As such, these meetings offer the public an opportunity to review and comment on the proposed priorities. The Rural TIP meetings are being held pursuant to Title 43, Texas Administrative Code, Section 16.102, which calls for an opportunity for public comment concerning the program. A short presentation and exhibits showing how the Rural TIP operates and the projects included in it will be displayed at the public meeting. |
