On June 26, 2012, the Texas Transportation Commission (TTC), in Minute Order 114136, authorized the issuance of a request for proposal (RFP) to develop, design, construct, and potentially maintain the I-35E Managed Lanes Project form Dallas County to US 380 in Denton County.
