When:

The virtual public hearing room will be available online beginning at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 10, 2020 through  Friday, Sept. 25, 2020. This will be a virtual public hearing via a pre-recorded video presentation. Please note that all materials can still be found below under the Downloads section on this page.

The in-person option is for individuals who would like to participate in-person instead of online and will be by appointment only. For more information on this option, please see the How to Sign Up for In-Person Hearing section below.
