Purpose:

The purpose of the virtual public hearing is to gather public input on the reconstruction and widening of I-45 from the Galveston Causeway Bridge to 61st Street in Galveston County, Texas. During the virtual public hearing, project staff will give a pre-recorded presentation including both audio and visual components. If you do not have internet access, you may (713) 802-5242 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, to ask questions and access project materials during the project development process. Comments must be received on or before Friday, March 19, 2021, to be a part of the official hearing record.
