Open House - US 59 and FM 1794

Purpose:
The purpose of this open house is to discuss the proposed construction of a grade separation that would meet interstate standards at the intersection of US 59 and FM 1794 in Panola County. The meeting will be an open house format so the public may come and go at their convenience, and staff will be available to answer questions.
Description:
The proposed project includes a grade separation at the intersection of US 59 and FM 1794. Approximately 33 acres of additional right of way and a 0.5 acre temporary easement would be required for this project.

The environmental review, consultation and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated Dec. 16, 2014, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT.
Comments must be received at least 15 calendar days after the open house, to be a part of the official open house record.
