The purpose of the pre-RFP meeting is to inform consultants of the upcoming contract solicitations 601CT0000005898 (3C-4) & 601CT0000005899 (2A) for the Houston PEPS Service Center to procure two PS&E contracts for two separate procurements. See the following limits for each segment.
