The purpose of the Pre-Request for Proposal (RFP) is to inform consultants of the upcoming contract solicitations for the PEPS-Dallas Service Center to procure one specific deliverable (SD) Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) contract for the IH35-E project from BS121 to Corporate Dr. in Denton County and one SD CEI contract for the SPUR 399 project from SH5 to Stewart Rd. in Collin County for the Dallas District. |
