Description

The Unified Transportation Program (UTP) is TxDOT's 10-year plan. The UTP is updated annually and guides the development of projects around Texas. The UTP Fact Sheet (Hoja de Datos El Programa De Transporte Unificado) provides a summary of the program.

The 2022 UTP was adopted on Aug. 31, 2021. Public comments on the 2022 UTP were collected from July 9, 2021 through Aug. 9, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. CST via mail, e-mail, phone, and an online comment form. As part of the 2022 UTP public involvement effort, TxDOT held a public meeting and a public hearing. The recordings and presentation content are available below.

The 2022 UTP draft and historical UTP documents are available on the UTP web page.

The 2022 UTP was presented at the June 30, 2021 Commission Meeting and adopted at the Aug. 31, 2021 Commission Meeting.

Accessibility The public meeting and public hearing are conducted in English. Persons who have special communication or accommodation needs are encouraged to contact the Transportation Planning and Programming Division at (800) 687-8108.
