Purpose The purpose of the hearing is to provide information on transportation projects that might affect bicycle use, plans, policies and programs, and policies affecting bicycle use on the state highway system for the TxDOT San Antonio District in partnership with the Alamo Area Metropolitan Planning Organization. Project staff will provide a presentation which will be a pre-recorded video. The virtual public hearing will include both audio and visual components. Please note that the virtual public hearing will not be available on the website until the time and date listed above.
Description All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing to obtain information about the district transportation projects, programs, and policies affecting bicycle use on the state highway system and to express their views.

Memorandum of Understanding The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried-out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated Dec. 9, 2019, and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and TxDOT.
