The virtual public meeting will consist of a pre-recorded video presentation and will include both audio and visual components. The presentation, materials and exhibits available here are the same as those presented at the in-person option. Please note that the presentation will not be available on the website until the date and time listed above. | In-person details | Thursday, Jan. 22, 2026 The in-person option will be held in an presentation-first format where attendees will be able to hear a presentation then view meeting materials and ask staff questions at the conclusion of presentation. Both virtual and in-person meeting materials will be the same. |
| Purpose | The purpose of the public meeting is to share detour and project information as well as gather public input on the proposed improvements to the intersection of FM 835 and Olive Street. |
| Description | The proposed FM 835 bridge replacement project crosses the North Fork Double Mountain Fork Brazos River. The improvements consist of replacing the bridge structure and improving the intersection of Olive Street at FM 835. The proposed project, subject to final design considerations, does not require right-of-way acquisitions or displacements. |
