Virtual Public Meeting POSTPONED- I-10 East PEL Study from I-69 to SH 99

Special Notice:

TxDOT is postponing this open house. We will provide further notice when the meeting has been rescheduled.

The pre-recorded video presentation (in English and Spanish) will be posted below and all materials will be availble separately under the Downloads section.

POSTPONED The pre-recorded presentation will be posted on this page on Thursday, June 24, 2021, at 5:30 p.m.

The purpose of the virtual public meeting is to update the public and stakeholders on progress made on the PEL since the first round of public meetings held in February 2018 receive feedback. The study encompasses I-10 East from I-69 in Harris County to SH 99 (Grand Parkway) in Chambers County. The virtual meeting will consist of a narrated presentation by the project team, project exhibits and other information, and an opportunity to comment. Comments must be received on or before Monday, July 12, 2021, to be a part of the official meeting record.

The I-10 East Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) Study is a high-level, early-planning process.  Through public and stakeholder engagement, the PEL Study will focus on identifying existing and future transportation issues within the corridor and will propose viable solutions.
