In-person attendees will be able to view the same presentation delivered in the online public meeting which will be playing on a screen, review hard copies of project materials, ask questions of TxDOT staff and/or consultants, and leave written comments. |
| Purpose | TxDOT is proposing to connect SH 170 from east of I-35W to Intermodal Parkway in Tarrant County, Texas. |
| Description | The proposed project would construct an elevated direct connector bridge beginning on the SH 170 main lanes east of I-35W to Intermodal Parkway, a distance of approximately 1.8 miles. This would improve connectivity and provide access for SH 170 traffic (including truck traffic) accessing Intermodal Port and the Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport. Although additional right of way is anticipated to be required, no residential or non-residential structures are anticipated to be displaced at this time. |
