Purpose: Please join us at this event to learn more about the development of the El Paso/Santa Teresa - Chihuahua Border Master Plan and share your input and insight with the study team.
Description: Border Master Plans are binational efforts to:
  • prioritize planned port of entry (POE) and related transportation projects in a study area
  • inform decision-making and the allocation of limited funding
  • ensure continued dialogue and coordination on current and future POE and transportation infrastructure needs and projects
