Purpose: The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the proposed improvements to FM 258 (Socorro Road) in Fabens, Texas.
Description: Proposed improvements include the following:
  • Removal of the existing bridge and construction of a new bridge with a one 12-foot travel lane in each direction with four-foot shoulders
  • Extend reinforced concrete drainage pipe
