Public Meeting - US 380 Collin County Feasibility Study from Denton County Line to Hunt County Line

Purpose:
The purpose of the study is to analyze potential roadway options for US 380, including improving the existing alignment or utilizing a new alignment. A recommended alignment will be presented at the meeting. Additional right of way will be required to accommodate the project.
Description:
The proposed project is a feasibility study for improvements to US 380 through Collin County, a distance of approximately 32 miles. TxDOT will conduct three public meetings to discuss and receive public comments on the proposed project. All three meetings will present the same information and will be held in an open house format with a formal presentation beginning at 6:00 p.m. Study data and maps will be available for viewing at the public meetings. Representatives from TxDOT and project consultants will be available to answer questions. Meeting information will also be available at www.Drive380.com. Comments must be received on or before Friday, May 24, 2019, to be a part of the official record.

The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried-out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 16, 2014, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT.
