| Purpose: | TxDOT will hold an open house to present proposed improvements to US 190 from FM 2269 to US 77/North Travis Street in Cameron, Milam County. | ||
| Description: | The proposed improvements include resurfacing US 190 from FM 2269 to US 77/North Travis Street and adding a continuous center turn lane to improve safety. No additional right of way is required and no displacements are anticipated. Since this is an open house format, no formal presentation is planned. The public is encouraged to come and go at their convenience, provide input and ask questions. Citizens with special communication or accommodation needs are encouraged to call (979) 778-9727 at least two business days prior to the event. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated Dec. 16, 2014, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT. |
