| In-person details | TxDOT is providing three in-person options for individuals who would like to participate in person instead of online: Monday, June 22, 2026 Tuesday, June 23, 2026 Monday, June 29, 2026 The in-person options will be held in a come-and-go open house format. A brief live presentation will be given at 6 p.m. at the in-person public meetings. The same presentation will be delivered at all three meetings as well as in the virtual option. In-person attendees will have the opportunity to review hard copies of project materials, ask questions of TxDOT staff and consultants, and leave written comments. Please note that the same information will be available at the virtual public meeting and all three in-person meetings. |
| Purpose | TxDOT is initiating a route study for the proposed Interstate 14 Corridor (I-14) between the cities of Copperas Cove and Lometa in Lampasas County, Texas. This notice advises the public that TxDOT will be hosting the second public meeting series on the proposed study with a virtual public meeting and three in-person options. |
| Description | TxDOT is initiating a route study between the cities of Copperas Cove and Lometa in Lampasas County, Texas. The study will determine the potential location of future I-14. The study will be in coordination with the ongoing Lampasas Relief Route Study and I-14 corridor studies across the state. |
