| Purpose | This notice advises the public that the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has issued a final environmental assessment (EA) for the proposed SH 105 from .1 miles east of SH 326 to Pine Island Bayou, and that the EA is available for public review. |
| Description | The final EA is on file and available for inspection Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at TxDOT-Beaumont District, 8350 Eastex Fwy, Beaumont, TX 77708, 409-892-7311. It is also available online. For further information or to request a copy of the approved final EA and/or the FONSI, please contact the Environmental Project Planner at 409-791-2488, or by email as shown in the notice. |

If you need an interpreter or document translator because English is not your primary language or you have difficulty communicating effectively in English, one will be provided to you. If you have a disability and need assistance, special arrangements can be made to accommodate most needs.
