Notice of availability for finding of no significant impact (FONSI)
| Purpose | This notice advises the public that the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has issued a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) for the proposed US 90 FM 160 E to SH 61 - Widening, and that the FONSI is available for public review. The proposed project would reconstruct and widen from 2 to 4 lanes on US 90 from FM 160, EAST to SH 61 in Liberty County, Texas. |
| Description | The FONSI and approved final environmental assessment (EA) are on file and available for inspection Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at TXDOT-Beaumont District, 8350 Eastex Fwy, Beaumont, TX 77708, 409-892-7311. They are also available online. For further information or to request a copy of the FONSI and/or approved final EA, please contact the Environmental Project Planner, at 409-898-5772 or by email as shown in the notice. |

If you need an interpreter or document translator because English is not your primary language or you have difficulty communicating effectively in English, one will be provided to you. If you have a disability and need assistance, special arrangements can be made to accommodate most needs.
