To receive comments from interested parties concerning approval of financial assistance at the following locations:

• City of Athens
• Stephens County
• Terry County
• City of Cameron
• Karnes County
• City of Lago Vista
• City of Lamesa and Dawson County
• City of Levelland and Hockley County
• City of McKinney
• City of Muleshoe
• City of Sweetwater
