| Purpose | The purpose of the public meeting is to introduce the project and collect input from the community on environmental features and constraints and potential improvements. In-person participants are welcome to come and go any time from 4 to 7 p.m. and will be able to review project materials, ask questions of CAMPO and TxDOT staff and/or consultants and leave written comments. The virtual open house will consist of a self-guided virtual meeting room and will include both audio and visual components. The virtual open house is not a live broadcast event and can be accessed online starting at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 and will remain available for viewing at the web address indicated below through Tuesday, May 26, 2026. |
| Description | The Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) and TxDOT are working together to identify, evaluate, and propose improvements to FM 973 between US 290 and Samsung Highway in Travis and Williamson counties. |
| Accessibility | The in-person meeting will be conducted in English. Project and meeting materials will be available in English and Spanish for both meeting formats. If you need an interpreter or document translator because English is not your primary language or you have difficulty communicating effectively in English, one will be provided to you. If you have a disability and need assistance, special arrangements can be made to accommodate most needs.
